Silver shines again at upcoming repair clinic
GREENSBORO, N.C., March 9, 2007 – Has the silver service inherited from grandmother lost its shine? Did the garbage disposal mangle your flatware? Don’t hide your damaged silver in the back of a drawer, let Replacements, Ltd. show you what can be done to save your family heirlooms at the company’s upcoming Silver Repair clinic.
The public is invited to sit down one on one with Replacements’ team of experts who will examine your silverware, hollowware and flatware and give free estimates on repairs, replating and polishing. Replacements has the largest team of silversmiths based in the Piedmont-Triad; in fact, customers from across the United States and other countries send their pieces to the company for restoration. The most common repair work includes preserving pieces damaged by garbage disposal, dent removal and blade replacement on knives.
Not only can folks get answers to their questions, this event marks the chance to watch talented artisans at work restoring pieces and handcrafting new designs. The Silver Repair clinic will be held March 30 & 31 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Replacements, Ltd. Showroom located at 1089 Knox Road in Greensboro.
